Skeptic

I see what I see in the light of my day,
and believe what I see in my very own way.

I see truth as a cad who when sitting to sup
puts his hat on the table, his thumb in his cup;
and I see that he eats only the best -
the choicest bits - he spits out the rest.

I see what I see in the light of my day,
and I believe what I see in my very own way.
