I've Got Your Number

Truth, it’s just you and me.
I determine you.
You play hide and seek with me.
And the world waits to see
what Truths happen next.

To tell the truth
we must wait to observe
if the sun comes up
In order not to lie.
Only then can we say
with certitude
"It’s a Good Morning"

For those who cling
to yesterday’s Truths
You dance and play
your shadow games
Till Science or Religion
must be invented
to slow you down,
make you play by the rules..

You claim Happiness is genuine
if based on Truth and that cannot be
if others suffer. And even worse
No one can know the whole Truth.

But I determine my Happiness
While you play Hide and Seek.
