resistant, unyielding
wall assembled
stone by impenitent

stone with cyclopean
hands, obstinate
relentless, college of hard

knocks, hard course
curriculum
of hard faces, hardly working

hard guy, a hard
man is good
to find, hard times

hard hat, hard on
himself, hard
luck story, hard time

intractable, a rock
and a hard place, hard
nut to crack
