Two
Different Men
The Dictator tells silly jokes
come playtime at the evening bath
(suds splatter him). Soft fingers poke
his first-born's chin: they laugh.
The Hero picks his chiselled nose
(some hours since, he struck the winner).
Resplendent in designer clothes,
he sets one place for dinner.
