Curve
He swept in, a new broom, citing example
of a certain CEO who penned personal responses
to all customer complaints.
We couldn’t believe he believed that,
but admired his enthusiasm, were carried along
until our own emailed howls for help went unheeded.
Too late, he thought to compare us
with clients who could defect, withdraw goodwill,
spread word, ruin reputation.
