A great way to start the week is to hear
the soothing voice of Dr Sandra Lee
when she says Hello, how are you today?
She examines the poor patient and says I’ll remove
that painful cyst, blackhead, cutaneous horn,
lump, bump, tumour, lipoma or disgusting
smelly growth that’s been on your head, neck,
chest, arm or whatever for the last 30 years.
I know it makes you scared, ashamed,
self-conscious, embarrassed and want to lock
yourself away. She wears a blue gown. On the tray
comedones, scalpel, scissors, tweezers and tissue.
To Dr. Pimple Popper it’s like clearing a house
of rubbish and junk that’s mouldy and rotting.
Just look at the way she’s disinfecting, draining,
popping that gunk that looks like coffee beans
and removing those elastic cell walls!
Some think it’s gory, disgusting and shocking
but I love to hear the patient afterwards shout
I’ve got my life back! I’ve never felt this good.
All I can say is thank you, thank you Dr Lee.
