The Women in My Family
The women in my family walk on water,
praise the Lord, razz imposters.
The women in my family keep the peace,
rarely fart, and always dainty sneeze.
The women in my family prize humble,
raze bravado, burst bubbles.
We eat meat, laugh loud, secret-keep.
The women in my family cut slack,
shake it off, don’t look back.
