Found Proverbs #1

Charity begins
a multitude of sins.

Trust not still water
make lemonade.

There's no smoke
without a woman's work.

Everything is the worse for
the privilege of wealth.

Burn not your candle
after the horse has bolted.

To those that wait
all things pass.

You cannot hide an eel
in another man's pottage.

Many drops make
a drowned mouse.
